Free Post

Today I went to the D-day museum, even though it wasn't my first time there there is always something new or something you missed the last time. The museum has so much information the it would take two or three days to see every thing at just a glance. The most impressive thing for me is that most of the of the people working there or the ones that you see are WWII  vets. Which really makes me happy because they can pass down information that would never see the light of day if it wasn't for those people.

After that my family and I walked around for a little while and we found our selfs at the door of Mothers po-boys. I will have to say that was the best po-boy I have had in a long time. I had the Famous Ferdi special which had debris(pulled beef in gravy), ham, and roast beef. The ham added a nice sweet and cold flavor and the debris had almost a mushy goodness that is heaven on earth with the fresh french bread soaking up all the gravy. Last but not least the roast beef was the best I had ever had, it enhanced every flavor in the sand-which to another level, the creole mustard, to the cabbage was great with that stuff on it.
